From start to finish - a perfect 10/10 experience for the first 2 nights out of a 3 night stay. Rooms in the sink. Fantastic, stunning setting next to the town and Cathedral, the main tourist attractions and the bus stop and the centre of the city.

Well we enjoyed this place, spent 2 pleasant days here. The bathroom with jacuzzi was a bonus. Its location was fab central, 15 minutes walk away from Gordon Square.

We did not want to leave and would use them next time. Ray was the best host ever. And thanks to its central location it was perfect and exceptionally nice, right on the river.

The location itself was marvellous and brilliant very close to a footbridge, bars, restaurants round the corner and the centre. We were set right on the river.

The apartment was well equipped and beautifully decorated. the welcome package of gluten-free bread, juice, milk, crackers, wine, port. the location was excellent, right in the center of Durham, within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, and attractions.
Felt extremely welcome, no reason to complain.
